In the meantime, and quite off-topic, has any of you practiced or tried Chi Running? I’d like to hear comments if so. Achilles tendinitis is a recurring problem I get when running, and I am curious of whether improving my running form could help me there.
I got a very positive review about it, I’d love to get more opinions.
