#Another (sad) attempt at MoBlogging#

….is that I will always hire someone else to do accounting stuff.

Don’t get me wrong: I am learning a lot from accounting. I have never
been exposed to this subject. It is important subject, the key to
“speak business”, etc…

But accounting is, by a far cry, the least exciting class in the first
quarter. Maybe that last sentence was not accurate enough. No need to
qualify the reality. Accounting is as boring as it gets.

I write this post past midnight, I just finished the 4th problem set,
due tomorrow (or should I say today in 8 hours?). Every deadline I do
the same: I just have plenty of better things to do than accounting:
rewinding my CDs, counting the bricks used in the construction of my
house, cleaning the bathroom tiles, etc… So I end up doing the
accounting assignment after Sunday dinner, when the deadline is
unavoidable and everyone else is asleep at home.

To sum up:
* THE GOOD: I am learning accounting, the problem sets force me to
practice (and I learn a lot of it, otherwise I would never do
accounting problems), and in a week the course is over.
* THE BAD: Boring!
* YOUR TAKE AWAY: Hesitating among careers? Become an accountant!
There are plenty of boring work opportunities.

PS: This is the first try of publishing directly by email, if it
works, I might publish more often. But I have not figured out yet how
to publish images!
